Rochester Poverty featured at RIT's 34th "Expressions of King's Legacy" Event

Along with legendary Civil Rights Leader Andrew Young, performances by jazz pianist Justin Kauflin and the Ailey II dance company, ACT Rochester was humbled and honored to help close RIT's 34th Annual Expressions of King's Legacy Event on Thursday January 28th. This video, designed by RIT's Division of Diversity & Inclusion with input from ACT Rochester, was displayed during a live performance of the song "There's Always a Place at the Table". The organizations at the end represent a small sample of the multitude of ways to engage with the great work happening in our community.
