Median Home Value
The median home value within ACT’s 8-county region and its localities is defined as the home value reported by the homeowner to the Census Bureau, adjusted for inflation to 2021. The median represents the midpoint of home values (half the values are above the median and half below).

The United States Census Bureau provides data for the median home value for the 8-county region and their localities. Calculation for the region is done by taking the median value of the 8 counties. The data spans from 2010 to 2023.

Note: Counties outside of Monroe County tend to have lower numbers reflected in Census data, which increases the margin of error. In other words, be wary of dramatic changes.
